As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing the relationship between our company and our clients, ensuring that their projects are progressing smoothly and that their needs are being met.

Responsibilities:

  • Correspond with clients via email, Zoom, and phone calls to update them on the progress of their projects.
  • Follow up with clients to understand new requests and ensure their needs are being met.
  • Manage the coordination between the development and design teams to ensure projects are completed on time and to the client’s satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline the communication process and improve our customer success processes.
  • Represent our brand and ensure that our clients have a positive experience with our company.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Update agendas and calendars for every requests from clients.

Requirements:
